سیلیکون قالبگیری چینی که محصول کشور چین میباشد یکی از مرغوب ترین سیلیکون های موجود در بازار ایران است
سیلیکون های RTV یا (Room Tempreture Vulcanization)جهت پخت شدن نیازمند دمای بالا نبوده و در دمای محیط عملیات بسپارش صورت می گیرد. این سیلیکون ها در دو گروه تک جزئی و یا دو جزئی عرضه می گردند.

سیلیکون های دو جزئی B و A معمولاً بصورت ۱:۱ مورد کاربرد قرار می گیرند (در این خصوص به کاتالوگ سازنده مراجعه شود).
مقاومت در برابر دما یکی از فوق العاده ترین خصوصیات سیلیکون رابرها است. کاربرد سیلیکون ها تا دمای ۲۰۰ درجه تقریباً بدون جایگزین است. بگونه ای که تا ۱۰،۰۰۰ ساعت کار مداوم را می توان انتظار داشت و البته در صورتیکه دما بصورت لحظه ای تا ۳۰۰ درجه نیز افزایش یابد کارایی منحصر بفرد سیلیکون کماکان برقرار خواهد ماند.
در صورت نیاز به گروه سیلیکون هائی با مقاومت حرارتی دائم بیشتر ازºC ۳۰۰ این امکان نیز وجود دارد که از گروه های ویژه ای با قابلیت تحمل دمای بیش از ۳۰۰ºCنیز استفاده کرد.
